Q1: Can you give a brief introduction of what ToKoCrypto is? What is it aiming to do, and what it intends to solve in this industry?

Great way to start! Tokocrypto is the top cryptocurrency exchange in Indonesia. Established in October 2018 with the aim of becoming Southeast Asia’s leading exchange for digital assets by providing customers with an easy, simple, instant, and secure platform to transact with confidence, Tokocrypto is now well on its way towards achieving its objective.
In the span of 3 years since it came into operations, Tokocrypto has established itself as the top cryptocurrency exchange in Indonesia with 30,000+ weekly active traders, USD59,650,000+ daily trading volume, and 1 million (1,156,000+) downloads of our mobile application since its launch in October 2020
Through its native Toko Token (TKO), Tokocrypto aims to make available blockchain services to the masses whereby TKO would be combining the centralized finance (CeFi) and decentralized finance (DeFi) domains to open up a new frontier in the financial market by addressing the existing limitations of the CeFi domain while addressing the systemic instabilities of the DeFi domain.
Q2: Can you share some of your background and experience? How did you know and get involved in cryptocurrency? What made you/your team decide to found ToKoCrypto?
A:
Sure, so repeating myself a bit; I'm the head of TKO International and program director for T-HUB, the first offline crypto hub in Indonesia.
Initially we created Tokocrypto simply to give access to our domestic market and act as a fiat-to-crypto bridge. But now we've grown so much and we have many other projects in our portfolio such as TKO Token, T-HUB, TokoMall and many many more exciting projects in the pipeline 😁😁😁
Q3: Currently, there are many scam projects that cause investors to lose. So, Why we should choose and trust ToKoCrypto?
A:
Yes, unfortunately that is the reality of the current landscape in crypto..
Right from the get-go, Tokocrypto was established with the element of trust as its founding philosophy. This is because we understand that every deposit by our customers of their money with us is effectively a deposit of trust which takes a long time to build but only an instant to break.
As part of our efforts to garner the trust of the community, we adopted a no holds barred approach when it comes to ensuring due regulatory compliance which culminated in Tokocrypto becoming the first entity in Indonesia to be registered under the Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency Indonesia (BAPPEBTI) in November 2019.
From a infrastructural perspective, our operating network is independently audited by blockchain security form Certik thereby warranting the systemic integrity of our network.
To top it off, Tokocrypto's customer-first policy is such that we value our customers as our partners whereby this drives our team to deliver world-class customer service at the highest integrity and professional standards. Q1: Tokocrypto has established itself as a leading cryptocurrency exchange and TKO has become one of the most promising cryptocurrencies around,so what's Tokocrypto's plan of action to cement its position as a leading cryptocurrency exchange and to realize the full potential of TKO?
A:
In the span of three years since Tokocrypto was officially launched in September 2018, we have become the top cryptocurrency exchange in Indonesia with 30,000+ weekly active traders, USD59,650,000+ daily trading volume, and 1 million (1,156,000+) downloads of our mobile application.
As for TKO, the mega reception to its launch on the Binance Launchpad on 7th April 2021 which resulted in a record-breaking 50,000% oversubscription of its hard cap of 75 million units from 201,406 individuals, with a total of 10,502,201 BNB (approximately USD 4 billion in value based on the price of Binance Coin (BNB) on April 7th 2021) subscribed for the launch stands as a testament to the extent to which TKO has the potential to meet existing gaps in the market.
Moving forward Tokocrypto's plan of action to cement is position as Indonesia's top cryptocurrency exchange is to continue providing best in class services while charging only 0.1% trading fees on transactions carried out on our exchange.
As for our plan to realize the full potential of TKO, it is to continue developing functional use cases which meet the needs of the market so that TKO holders can have even more of such use cases to look forward to including our T-HUB in the picturesque island of Bali in Indonesia which will serve as a crypto community centre, and also our upcoming Toko Swap which will provide TKO holders with a platform to contribute to liquidity pools in return for transaction fee earnings and flexible interest rates.

Q2: How do you keep your platform safe for Investors, and is your platform protected from hackers? And how do you manage if there's an attack on your platform, including the personal data of your platform's users? Is Tokocrypto ready for this?
A:

As part of our continuous efforts to ensure Tokocrypto is safe for our users, we have developed our data information management and cloud computing systems to such an extent that they have been certified with ISO 27001 and ISO 27017 respectively. This effectively renders Tokocrypto's systemic integrity to be practically infallible in terms of security protection from hackers.
Nonetheless, as there is always going to be an unknown factor in the equation, we should never say never and that is why we have put in place a business continuity plan (BCP) which would safeguard not only the personal data of Tokocrypto's users but also their crypto assets in the unfortunate albeit unlikely event our operations are disrupted by any cyber security incident.
Q3: without proper marketing and capital infusion, project dies, how do you convince us you have adequate marketing power and capital to push this project to the top project ?
A:
Being the top cryptocurrency exchange in SEA's most populous country which is also the fourth most populous in the world, Tokocrypto's marketing power is as natural as it comes as illustrated by the fact that we have been featured by top crypto media channels such as CoinTelegraph and CoinDesk as well as leading mainstream media channels such as Yahoo! Finance and Nikkei Asia.
As for capital investment, Tokocrypto firmly believes in reinvesting our operating profits to shore up the support for our business whereby the more than USD10 million in annualized profits which we have amassed up till June 2021 stands us in good stead in this regard when it comes to our push to be the top project.
Add in the partnership with Binance, which is the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume, and it is almost a foregone conclusion that Tokocrypto and TKO would end up at the top 💪🏼 Destination: Moon 😁
Q4: What #Tokocrypto revenue model? In which ways do you generate revenue/profit?So many projects just like to speak about the "long term vision and mission" but what are your short terms objectives? What are you focusing right now?
A:
Tokocrypto charges a minimal 0.1% trading fees which serve as our main revenue stream that is supported by the investments of TKO holders.
As the trading volume of Tokocrypto grows, so does our revenue levels whereby after deducting our operational expenses the profits are then reinvested to support the growth of our business to ensure that we are best placed to achieve our long term vision and mission.
Nonetheless, as the saying goes "a journey of a thousand miles begins with one step", we do have short term objectives which attainment will take us closer to our long term objectives. Among these short term objectives are to enlarge the user base and to further increase the trading volume of Tokocrypto as well as to develop more functional use cases for TKO in time to come.
Q5: What are TKO applications in NFT and DeFi space?
A:
Finally, NFT! Hahahaha
In terms of NFT, TKO serves as the instrument of exchange for our recently launched TokoMall which is the first multi-category NFT marketplace in Indonesia that is globally accessible to anyone with a Binance Smart Chain (BSC) and MetaMask wallet.
As for DeFi, TKO can be currently staked on many platforms; PancakeSwap, ForTube, Binance Earn, Autofarm, MoonFarm, Biswap; you name it 😁

Do you have a Token Burning plan to increase Token value and attract Investors to invest?

Certainly, we at Tokocrypto strive to do we can to maximize the value of TKO for the benefit of its holders by lowering the inflation rates of the token to the lowest possible levels.
As part of our tokenomics arrangement for TKO, every quarter we will utilize a portion of trading volume generated on Tokocrypto's crypto-to-crypto platform to burn TKOs whereby the amount of TKOs burned may go up to 10% of total TKO token supply.
TKO's first and latest quarterly burn was carried out from 26-30 July 2021 during our first TKO Summit.

What do you think about Asia's market? Is your team planning to reach other countries with potential crypto markets, and big teams and investors want to work and cash in on crypto??

I think Asian market is the best!!! Hahaha
At the moment, our target markets in Asia includes China, Japan, Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, India and the Philippines. Nonetheless we do have plans to expand TKO globally particularly to European countries such as Russia, Czech Republic and Bulgaria as the crypto communities in these countries have shown a lot of interest in our services.
