Q1: Can you give a brief introduction of what LABS is? What is it aiming to do, and what it intends to solve in this industry?

A:
LABS is a Digital Real Estate Investment Ecosystem, a business that has been started since 2018 with the aim of disrupting the real estate investment world by changing the way people invest in it.

LABS will achieve this by resolving the 3 Main pain points on the industry:
1. Illiquidity
2. High initial investment costs
3. High transactional costs

With a team of experts and professionals in blockchain, real estate, finance and legal, and now the perfect market timing, LABS is the answer.

Q2: Can you share some of your background and experience? How did you know and get involved in cryptocurrency? What made you decide to found LABS?

A:
LABS team is firstly blockchain then real estate and then the others.

We started by identifying how blockchain can do things for the better in certain industry, and then we found the real estate sector, of which we do have good experience as well.

We went on to further complete the team from the relevant fields to make the team comprehensive and balanced.

I myself have been a partner of an digital exchange and hence have the experience to know what makes a project successful and what not, since I have come across so many projects during the course of involvement.

Q3: Currently, there are many scam projects that cause investors to lose. So, Why we should choose and trust LABS?

A:
Well, I would say look at our team, our partners and our traction.

First of all, our team is chaired by Mahesh Harilela, a core member of the renowned family in Hong Kong, which privately owns 19 4 and 5 stars hotels.

And we have property listcos as our strategic partners. On blockchain side, we haveb to DeFi, centrifuge, enjin as project partners, and Boxmining as our project advisor.

LABS has been in this since 2018 showing unwavering persistence. We have also been building our platform which is now ready for show in days time.

Q4: Can you tell me more and everyone here about LABS ecosystem?

A:
Since 2018, LABS has evolved from a conceptual idea to a Digital Real Estate Investment Ecosystem. Our business model is revolutionary and holistic.

It includes three layers with:

An issuance and a crowdfunding platform (built on Polkadot with their support)

An exchange for which we have obtained a digital security exchange license

Advisory and Management services

To strengthen the ecosystem, make it attractive and complete, we incorporated DeFi solutions with staking pools, Dex and lending platforms powered by a strong token economy and G.A.I.N.S. model.

By buying back from open markets with the ecosystem profits, the token price would be boosted and holders will be rewarded when the ecosystem gets even bigger traction.

A:
we want to reward our holders as much as possible by doing buy backs and giving reasons to hold in the platform

A:
Simply put, LABS want to change the way people invest in real estate, especially globally.

We want to make real estate investment possible for everyday people like you and me, not just for the privileged.

We want to encourage financial inclusion where one only needs to have a digital wallet and internet connection to invest in the best and largest asset class.

This is a 228 trillion USD market, just imagine even if we distribute disrupt a single bit of it.

LABS recently partnered with RioDeFi. How will this new merger between both platforms favor the decentralized real estate business that LABS has created? What benefits will RioChain bring to make your operations secure, auditable and totally reliable?

A:
Well, the biggest challenge in real estate is liquidity and the biggest challenge in blockchain is technical.

By working with Riochain, we ensure that the tech is there which also allows us to do cross chain communications. That in turn allows us to work with different blockchains and get the tokens circulated to gain liquidity.

Riochain, on polkadot, will also allows us to work cost effectively and seamlessly, since LABS will need to distribute rental yields regularly (in fact, we intend to do that on daily basis).

We will know that current Ethereum network is expensive to transfer and won’t allow us to achieve what we have in mind to have the best solutions for our users.

How will LABS solve three main problems for crypto investors: diversity, value and convenience? What specifics about the LABS technology and strategy make you believe it will work?

A:
Well let’s tackle each of them here.

1. Diversity.
LABS can target worldwide real investors. Regardless of where you are in the world, except USA due to their extremely strict SEC regulations and long arm enforcement, you can invest in global property.

And with Riochain, we will make that possible on different blockchains if need be.

2. Value

LABS will digitise the property projects and have them offered either on our crowdfunding platform or our real estate exchange, depending on their stage of development.

By doing that, and also conducting the due diligence and valuation beforehand, save the hassles and challenges for our users.

And on top of that, we will send rental yields directly into our users’ digital wallets. And we will top that up with LABS tokens so that our users not only have stable income, they can have speculative income too on LABS token high potential.

And since LABS tokens are backed by LABS ecosystem profits, supporters can get to enjoy all these related rewards indirectly by owning LABS tokens, which are utility tokens and hence will have high liquidity.

A:
3. Convenience.

Sit at your home, log on to internet, and you can invest in global properties by using the LABS platforms. How convenient is that?

And with rewards being sent directly into your wallets. You will see the numbers keep increasing on a daily basis.

As LABS ecosystem is mainly for everyday investors like you and me, hence communities are very important to us.

We don’t want real estate to be just for the privileged ones.

And looking at the current Wall Street Bet incident, we believe that together we can make the world a fairer place and that everyone can invest in real estate. With just 100 USD.

Where can I get LAB token? I saw that Anyone who holds LABS tokens will be granted early access to the latest investment opportunities around the world at a lower price than the market rates! So, How much do I need to hold ? Is there any minimum and maximum requirements?

A:
LABS now is in private round and unfortunately due to administrative and contractual work, we do have a minimum.

However, LABS will also take care of the public and make it investor friendly as much as possible.

we have will have multiple ways for the public to get into LABS we will make this announcement in a few weeks

And yes, when you have the LABS tokens, you do get early access to our projects. And should you decide to invest in those projects, you asa LABS token holders will get incentives such as discount or free timeshare.

We will keep theminimum amount as low as possible as it is our mission to make property investment public friendly, but do understand that are associated costs in doing admin and running a business.

Typically, investors buy tokens that are likely to increase in price in the future. I saw that, total supply of the token is huge. So, do you have any plan for burning tokens in the future to reduce the supply of the token and increase its investment attractiveness?

A:
Well while the supply of LABS tokens is high, they are actually at low pricing when it is launched.

Considering what LABS is building and what it is disrupting, which is the largest asset class, it is actually at a very low market cap.

The first months will see LABS at only a few million USD market cap. We believe we will defector l definitely reach the top 100 blockchain projects soon.

And last I check, the lowest market cap to be ranked top 100 is already easily a few hundred million USD.

So you can see our potential here.

Tell us about your plans for 2021, what are you currently working on, and are you going to expand the list of big exchanges?

A:
LABS coming plan, besides having just released partnership news with Centrifuge.Io and Enjin, will be showcasing our ready to use crowdfunding platform weeks time.

We will also announce our partnership with a large property listco.

And then we will announce our exchange plan in Feb/March.

Then we will announce our IDO and exchange plan. We plan to list on 2 exchanges jointly and then another two soon after. They will all be names that many are familiar with.

A:
These benefit the users of the project because tokens that are wrapped in riochain are fast,efficient and offer cheap transactions compared to Erc20, The staking for rewards will give all users a chance to get a portion of rewards LABS token s that is bought back with our company profits, security exchange will allow retail buyers like mom and dad to buy real estate in affordable investment sizes like $100 USD

Are you mainly looking for bigger investors or is your platform friendly also for the smaller investors ? Is there any whitelist to participate in preSale ?

A:
Actually anybody can be an investor in real estate on our platform. If you want to invest in real estate you just need to KYC and AML and you will be able to by property with crypto. The LABS utility token which is being sold now does not need KYC. You can stake it on our platform for token rewards via the defi method.

Marketing is a central element for every project, so that everyone knows the potential that a project can bring is vital to achieve the goals set. What is your strategy to attract new users and Investor to Your platform and keep them long term?

A:
We have hired on people from Jones Lang Lasalle. They are helping us to market to the traditional market. Our users base does not need to be crypto users. Imagine someone being able to use credit card to buy $100 USD worth of real estate then sell it and get BTC back. nad BTC pump 3X. that would be amazing. The potential of this project is limitless. Real estate is huge and the sky is the limit
