Q1. Could you briefly introduce yourself as well as your project?

Hi there! Iâm Hayden Hughes, the Co-Founder and CEO of Alpha Impact. Before starting this company with my Co-Founder and CPTO Austin Chaird, I became a lawyer before working in crypto in 2017. From 2017 â 2020 I worked as Head of Distribution for Techemy, a regulated investment bank focusing on crypto and blockchain. Immediately before co-founding Alpha Impact I was actually working at Crypto.com, where I led Institutional Sales in Singapore.
I have previously founded 3 companies and this includes 1 exit in my native Canada in my mid 20s. Iâm excited to build new businesses!

My Co-Founder Austin has spent 15 years in banking technology, working as a Vice President where he designed trading systems for banks and hedge funds when he worked for JPMorgan and Macquarrie Bank.
Q2. What makes the Alpha Impact project stand out more than the projects in the same direction at the moment?
A:
Let's face it, there are a lot of social trading platforms. Unlike platforms such as Etoro, our platform is fully non-custodial. This means customers never need to trust us with their funds. We give customers access to top traders without having to worry about safety of funds.
The second aspect we're excited about is that our platform allows you to find a top trader that's just right for you. Our job is not to tell you which investment strategy to use. Whether you want to go margin long DOGEcoin and take risk, or whether you are looking for a lower risk, lower return, we allow clients to sort top traders by ROI but also by consistency.
Third, we're really wanting to build a stable, long term business for the good of the nation. That's why we chose to set up in Singapore, a country with a stable legal system as well as a very friendly set of regulations towards cryptocurrencies. Q3. What are the memorable milestones of Alpha Impact in the research and development process?
A:
1. The first piece of research we did was to identify what our users really care about. The feedback was overwhelming from our clients, that people want to have many choices of investing strategies.
2. We are allowing many choices of investment strategies by offering different types of investments: spot trading, options, margin trading, leveraged tokens, and many other types.

Q4. What does Alpha Impact plan to do to attract more users in the upcoming time?

Attracting users is very important for us. First and foremost, we are building our platform to democratize crypto trading FOR EVERYONE. NOT JUST RICH PEOPLE.
This is very important for us. User adoption comes from our social media channels, from our Alpha Impact Academy where customers can complete educational tasks and earn crypto, as well as our detailed portfolio management tools that are better than what exchanges offer.
TO engage more users we will continue to host trading competitions to show our users the high quality of top traders on our platform. After all, clients get to choose the investor to copy that works for them.

IN terms of partnerships we are super excited to be partnering with both Genesis Block and LuneX Ventures on the investment side. We are also about to announce (in the coming weeks) partnerships with exchanges, wallet providers, and staking providers. One of the most exciting functionalities I wanted to share is that our project will also feature a Liquidity Mining Pool, meaning that weâre excited to partner with you â the community â to add liquidity to our market pairs.

Alpha Impact is also building a portfolio performance tool to help users monitor their progress so how does this performance tool work & what can users monitor with it & how can users access the performance tool?
A:
Great question @HongQuangt9! Weâre actually building this platform for the 85% of people who are not already in crypto. We imagine ourselves as a social media platform that has trading functionality. Traders will be heavily incentivized with our token to produce engaging content which means that they will share not only their trading, but also the REASON and STRATEGY behind each trade. Second, weâre building our academy which will reward traders with cryptocurrency for participating tasks to learn about crypto. Third, weâre building out a âfunny moneyâ functionality where novice traders can trade a fake portfolio before moving on to the real thing.
The portfolio tracker allows you to track your performance over time (TWR), allocation of coins, your trades executed, real time telegram alerts from traders you follow. Post and comment about trader talk.
Unlike exchanges which only provide trading history, our portfolio tracker tool uses a Time Weighted Return method. What this means is that when you make withdrawals or deposits into your account, our performance tracking adjusts for this, changing the numerator and the denominator for the profit calculation. Finally, a portfolio tracker that removes the need for manual calculation!
In addition to TWR, the portfolio tracker shows you your allocation of coins (% in each token), your trading history, as well as sending optional telegram alerts when a trader you are following makes a trade. In addition to these amazing functions you can also like, share and interact with others socially.

Regarding our security, I am actually under NDA for several partnerships we have and for the details of how we keep our systems safe, but I can share some details.
First and foremost I wanted to make it clear that our system never has access to the funds of our customers. Funds always stay in your own exchange account so no one, not even our engineers, have access to your funds.
Secondly, we do use your API key which we hold safely. Our team of engineers is led by Austin, a 15 year experienced banking technologist who has previously held high level roles at some of the worldâs largest investment banks, including JP Morgan Chase and Macquarie Bank.
We also realized that it was important to onboard a dedicated cyber security advisor, Adrian Chung, who has spent the past 20 years building cyber security systems for some of the largest technology companies in APAC.

Great question! At this stage we're focusing on Singapore, Southeast Asia and beyond! IN 2022 we may consider European markets.
Q3: In decentralization, We all know that speed is needed, as is the current problem faced by the expensive Eth Gas Fee and the slowing of the transaction process. what are your plans to deal with this problem on Alpha Impact ?
A:
Our platform will initially connect with CEX exchanges which mitigates the gas fees, but moreover we are building smart contracts later in the roadmap to allow ON CHAIN SOCIAL TRADING
Q4: What are your plans on GLOBAL adoption? Which country is presently focused on ??
A:
Focused on Singapore first, but then Southeast Asia including Vietnam!

Yeild farming is a new trending so do you have any plan to yeild farming system development?
A:
Our liquidity pool will also allow people who hold our token to deposit $IMPACT into the LP on Uniswap and earn a yield. Weâre excited to announce that weâve devoted 30% of our token supply to this!
